The focus of this course is on the effective management with reference to time, space, curriculum and assessment to develop a classroom atmosphere for co-operative learning. The course will train students to develop the best practices to address a variety of learning needs, motivate and develop positive behaviour through management techniques.

Teaching of Listening and Speaking Skills

This course provides understanding of the characteristic features of spoken language and an explanation of the main principles behind listening in the language teaching classroom. Language learning styles and strategies, to a large extent, influences how well a learner learns. The course is also guided by references to classification of learning strategies that a learner is comfortable with.
