Synopsis
The content of this course centers around the role of promotion and its relationship with marketing. Further in-depth discussion on how promotional effort can be organised and put into effect by considering the essentials for an effective marketing communication plan. Topics such as factors influencing consumer decision making, market segmentation and targeting, brand / product positioning and the six promotion mix that includes interactive marketing will be delivered and discussed.

BBA 3354 Digital Marketing
Synopsis
This course introduces key digital marketing development and trend in the recent years along with its concepts and theories. It covers different online marketing communication tools, website traffic building and technologies, the delivery of e-products through the digital channels and relationship management techniques. Other specific topics are domain building and the formulation of digital marketing plan.

This is a capstone course for the undergraduate business management program. The course focuses on the organization as a whole and its interactions with its environment. BBA3023 Business Analysis and Decision Making
This course is designed for students to experience analyzing a business case and present their recommendation. Students are expected to work in groups maximum of 4 to first select a company / brand of their choice, dissect the company's annual report in order to provide an evaluation on company's / brand's performance and later provide recommendations on how to grow / strengthen the company's / brand's performance.
BBA 3124 Change Management
The subject will cover areas such as Organization Theory of different paradigms from the West and the East, introduce the impetus of change and change management, and subsequently provides a framework for change that outlines managerial choices critical in Organizational Change and Development.
