Objectives of Subject: | The course aims to provide students with the training and knowledge to: 1. The knowledge requirements relating to retirement planning and employee benefits. 2. The importance of wealth creation process. 3. The importance of retirement planning and strategies for clients. 4. The preparation of provision for administration of the affairs of a client by someone other than the client.

Explain the importance of retirement planning for the pre-retirement accumulation period and the actual retirement when the funds are used (CLO1); 2. Demonstrate the ability to provide a client with an evaluation of retirement needs (CLO2); 3. Differentiate types of defined contribution and defined benefits qualified plans (CLO3);
