BHM3013 HOSPITALITY SALES AND MARKETING

This course uses an integrative approach to discuss the major marketing decisions hospitality marketing managers face in today's global marketplace. The content of the course highlights the practical aspects of marketing and demonstrate how marketing impacts every member of the hospitality team. Students will learn to organize a comprehensive marketing strategy for a hospitality operation including the key components of a marketing plan to include; situation analysis, competitive set analysis, target markets, sales action plan, advertising strategies, web and e-marketing strategies, public relations, and collateral.
