This is a capstone course for the undergraduate business management program. The course focuses on the organization as a whole and its interactions with its environment. Strategic management takes a panoramic view of the changing corporate terrain and shows how large and small firms can be more effective and efficient not only in today’s world, but in tomorrow’s as well. Strategic management and business policy unite the various departments and sub-disciplines usually found in a business.
